UPDATE TO SHARE WITH THE COMMUNITY
Rocky View County expects to complete the second lift of pavement in the subdivision by the end of October.
Work entails:
- Finding any soft spots on the existing surface and repairing
- Bringing all approaches (from the existing community roads to the property line) into existing and new homes to Rocky View Standards. Existing approaches will be milled (removal of 40mm of the existing asphalt) from the main road to the property line
- Adding approximately 2″ of asphalt to the existing roads
