Dear Homeowners,
Over the next few days you will be receiving your invoice for the 2016 HOA Fees. The fees will be the same as last year $1320.00 plus GST $ 66.00, for a total of $1386.00. (The GST is a new requirement). We have also included in the mail out a copy of the current contact information form – please review the information to make sure it is correct.
The deadline for submission of fees is March 31, 2016.
